Requirements
- Remodeling experience (restoration experience is a plus)
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Provide your own tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation
- Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs
- Pass background check and drug screen

Responsibilities
- Perform remodeling tasks including drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, and mechanical work.
- Handle projects from small patch and paint jobs to complete home rebuilds.
- Collaborate with superintendents and team members to achieve job goals.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Work in a dynamic environment that encourages learning and growth.
