Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
1+ years of apparel trade show or wholesale sales experience strongly preferred.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage accounts effectively.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Comfortable with extensive travel within the U.S. (trade show circuit).
Computer proficiency (experience with order entry systems is a plus).
Familiarity with apparel and fashion terminology.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, or related field a plus
experience with order entry systems is a plus

Responsibilities

Travel extensively to represent Blu Pepper, The Workshop Studio, and JOA at trade shows in Las Vegas, New York, Chicago and more! (setup, breakdown, and sales)
Increase sales by presenting collections, scanning orders, and building strong customer relationships.
Maintain and grow account relationships by introducing new products and ensuring satisfaction.
Prepare for trade shows, including coordinating samples, packing, and booth setup.
Follow up on orders, adjustments, and customer requests post-show.
Maintain product knowledge to confidently present and answer questions.
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
