The Tradeshow & Events Specialist for Mammotome is responsible for the planning, execution and management of national and regional tradeshows, product spotlight events, physician education events, roadshows, product user meetings and more. This position reports to the Director of Marketing, is part of the Americas Commercial Marketing Team, and is located onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • 2+ years experience in event planning, physician education, training, or related equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%, for on-site event coordination and support with certain seasons having higher travel needs than others (Spring season - 40%), (Winter / Fall - approx. 25 - 30%, Summer – 10-20%)
  • Overnight domestic and international trips ranging from 1-7 days

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry event experience
  • Prior experience with professional physician education coordination

Responsibilities

  • Drive the event planning process, delivering end-to-end integrated tradeshow and event experiences, including identifying goals and objectives, measuring metrics for return on investment, and handling budgets.
  • Plan, coordinate and oversee all national and regional tradeshows, physician and product education events, roadshows, and user meetings acting as both the event planner and project coordinator to ensure successful execution.
  • Provide HCP documentation and Sunshine act reporting.
  • Create standard work, processes and systems for all tradeshows and events including working closely with the Product Managers and Sales team to ensure the content that is presented is accurately represented by the teaching physicians
  • Analyze the results and success of all events and utilize findings to develop and implement recommendations for continuous improvement
