About The Position
The All-Trade Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving our residential multi-trade service operations. This role leads the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance and repair work across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. The Maintenance Manager ensures operational efficiency, high-quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service while supporting and developing field technicians.
Requirements
- Goal oriented

- Task oriented, detail oriented
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
- A current driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Administrative experience is preferred but not required
- Trade experience is preferred but not required
- ServiceTitan experience is preferred but not required
