About The Position
A Reputable Law Firm is seeking to hire experienced Trademark Paralegals to join our growing practice. We have opportunities available for those with experience in portfolio management/prosecution, enforcement, and/or a combination of both. This position is for our Las Vegas Office.
Requirements
- Experience in managing large international trademark portfolios
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience with database management is desirable
- Very detail oriented
- Energetic and eager to learn
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with docketing software and electronic file management is a plus
Responsibilities
- Managing a trademark docket
- Trademark prosecution including trademark searching, preparing applications, renewals and simple office action responses
- Managing foreign enforcement matters and corresponding with foreign counsel
- Coordinating powers of attorneys and obtaining legalization of documents
- Chain of title assessment and clean-up and other due diligence matters
