About The Position

The Trade & Transportation Administrator plans, executes, and monitors transport-related activities within a local unit to ensure high-quality transportation operations. The role generates required transportation documentation and ensures it is complete, manages operational relationships with transport suppliers, and implements transportation-related plans and processes. It also validates transportation invoices and ensures expenses are properly allocated and visible. The position is hybrid in Pinetops, North Carolina, and reports to the Customer Operations Manager.

Requirements

High school diploma.
At least 5 years of applicable experience.
Exceptional communication skills and customer service.
Candidates must already have work authorization that permits them to work for ABB in the United States.

Plan, execute, and monitor transport-related activities within a local unit, ensuring high-quality transport operations.
Generate required transportation documentation and ensure that documentation is complete.
Manage operational relationships with transport suppliers.

Validate transportation invoices and ensure proper allocation and visibility of expenses.
