We're seeking a future team member for the role of Trade Support Specialist to join our Investment Operations- Middle Office team . This role is in Pune.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to follow complex procedures and manage risk effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Nice To Haves
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–2 years of total work experience preferred
- experience in trade processing, accounting support, or the mutual fund industry preferred (training provided; prior financial services experience not required)
Responsibilities
- Provide middle-office trade support services for investment management clients
- Support the timely and accurate processing and settlement of trades
- Maintain reference and static data, produce client reporting, and escalate and help resolve potential or actual issues
- Support onboarding of new clients and facilitate updates to existing client books of work while collaborating with internal teams and external partners (including brokers and custodians)
