We're seeking a future team member for the role of Trade Support Specialist to join our team. This role is located in Pittsburgh.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1–2 years of total work experience preferred; training provided and no prior financial services experience required
- Experience in trade processing, accounting support, or the mutual fund industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow complex procedures and manage risk effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Provide middle-office trade support services to investment management clients, ensuring timely and accurate trade processing and settlement
- Maintain reference and static data and produce client reporting to support investment operations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (including brokers and custodians) to resolve potential or actual issues and support client objectives
- Support onboarding of new clients and facilitate updates to existing client books of work
