About The Position
Cavendish Farms is seeking a Trade Spend Analyst to join their Finance team. This role is a finance/accounting operations position focused on trade spend accounting. The primary responsibilities include accurately tracking, recording, and reconciling customer trade agreements such as rebates, discounts, and promotional allowances. The analyst will review customer trade agreements, set up and manage accruals, reconcile accounts, and ensure trade spend is recorded accurately in the financial statements. The work is structured, detail-oriented, and critical to the accuracy of financial results, involving reviewing trade agreements, working in financial systems, reconciling accounts, and collaborating with internal partners to ensure trade spend balances are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
