The Trade Show Marketing Lead is a mid-level role that will work closely with the Trade Show Director to plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows and events, with primary responsibility for domestic trade shows with 10x10 and 10x20 exhibits, including systems/avionics/power shows. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of experience in events, marketing, or trade show coordination and will be comfortable owning end-to-end execution for smaller shows, while supporting strategy, KPI tracking, and post-show analysis for the broader portfolio. This position offers an opportunity to contribute both operationally and strategically to the success of the trade show program and may include occasional international travel for larger shows.
