This is a ground-floor opportunity to design the system, build the teams, and own the results across multiple markets nationwide. The Trade Show & Events Manager (Lead Generation) will be responsible for creating a repeatable, scalable field lead generation channel that delivers qualified demo appointments directly to sales teams. This role involves partnering with General Managers to hire and develop market-level Program Coordinators, building the playbook, and driving performance across all markets. The ultimate goal is to create a fully owned channel that consistently produces high-quality leads, reduces reliance on third-party marketing, and becomes a core growth driver for Hansons nationally.
