About The Position

The Trade Representative is responsible for the execution of logistics for purchases and sales within the Swift Trade Group. This role is in-office and based at our Corporate Office in Greeley, CO. As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.

Requirements

• Previous logistics and documentation experience preferred
• Experience in SAP preferred
• BS/BA degree preferred in Agricultural Business, Animal Science, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields or equivalent career experience
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Self-motivated and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of agricultural supply chains and associated markets preferred
• Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
• Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Manage the inbound and outbound logistics for domestic proteins within the STG
• Conduct contract management within SAP
• Manage inventories to ensure proper business decisions are fulfilled
• Manage vendor invoices and ensure accurate accruals
• Work with ocean carriers and domestic logistics providers
• Monitor the accounts receivables to ensure timely payments
• Assist in the completion of accurate export documentation for international sales
• Other duties as assigned

• Base salary range of $59,000-$69,000
