About The Position

In this role, you’ll take ownership of projects and work orders, ensuring the reliable operation of critical building systems. From planning and managing installations to troubleshooting and responding to urgent situations, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment. This full-time position follows a schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Requirements

  • Idaho HVAC Journeyman’s license
  • EPA Refrigeration Certification Minimum Type II or acquire within 6 months of employment.
  • Skilled at initiating, building and maintaining healthy relationships with co-workers while keeping the overall goals of the company in mind.
  • Able to read, understand, follow, and strictly enforce safety procedures.
  • Able to work various shifts, hours, and days depending on workload.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Self-motivated and maintain high quality of work
  • Experience with lock out/tag out and stop work procedures
  • Experienced with computer operations for information gathering, time reporting, record keeping, inventory management and communication

Responsibilities

  • Owning relationships with assigned foremen and/or other trade professionals to efficiently complete projects and work orders.
  • Planning and managing projects with accurate records while also operating equipment used in the installation, repair and maintenance of building systems.
  • Managing equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of items required to complete the necessary installation and/or repair.
  • Responding to emergency situations during or after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns.
  • Following and promoting continuous improvement of workplace safety, environmental practices, area processes, and waste reduction opportunities.
