  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Operational excellence and ownership: Demonstrated ability to execute routine processes with a high degree of accuracy and consistency while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and automation. The ideal candidate is hands-on, accountable, and takes pride in producing precise, high-quality work.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities: Ability to identify, structure, and resolve operational issues in a thoughtful and detail-oriented manner. The ideal candidate is process-driven and naturally seeks to understand how systems and workflows operate end-to-end.
  • Intellectual curiosity and continuous learning mindset: Desire to understand not only how processes function, but why they are designed a certain way. Interest in deepening technical knowledge across products, valuation concepts, systems, and market infrastructure over time.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills: Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with a wide range of stakeholders, including Portfolio Managers, traders, operations teams, and developers. Able to translate complex operational or technical concepts into a practical business context.
  • Quantitative aptitude: Comfort working with data, reconciliations, pricing concepts, and formulas, with the ability to apply analytical thinking in an operational environment.
  • Team and values orientation: Desire to work in a collaborative, values-oriented environment. The ideal candidate prioritizes the interests of the organization and its clients above personal objectives and demonstrates strong integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.
