Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage trade marketing campaigns and activities that support the strategic objectives of the business.
  • Drive sell-in and sell-out performance through stocks and distribution channels, strengthening brand and category presence, and ensuring close alignment between marketing and commercial teams.
  • Adapt corporate strategies to local market requirements and ensure disciplined execution within approved budgets.
  • Plan and deliver trade marketing campaigns for stock in close coordination with the indirect sales team to increase sales performance, improve category visibility, and strengthen brand presence at point of sale.
  • Develop installer- and contractor-focused materials to support sell-out, including merchandising, printed assets, displays, and promotional tools aligned with annual sales and marketing plans.
  • Support the development of annual sales and marketing plans, including initiatives related to sell-in, sell-out, loyalty programmes, and promotional calendars.
  • Manage and control the marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns, events, and materials are executed in line with the approved budget and that spend is monitored, controlled, and reported transparently.
  • Coordinate trade shows, industry conferences, and relevant events, ensuring consistent brand representation and alignment with commercial priorities.
  • Conduct regular field visits and ongoing communication with distribution channels, via commercial and sales teams, to provide market insight and support effective execution.
  • Maintain strong governance over the creation of marketing materials, ensuring a clear approval process is in place involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor and refine ways of working to strengthen the link between marketing initiatives and commercial outcomes, improving efficiency and impact over time.
  • Prepare and interpret a range of analyses, including market data, internal sales data, sell-out performance, and campaign effectiveness, to optimize future activities and support evidence-based decision-making.
