About The Position

To reinforce the go-to-market strategy planning and implementation of our Luxury Brands portfolio in the US Market, Coty is seeking a Trade-Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of retail and channel marketing initiatives. This position bridges Marketing and Sales, ensuring campaigns come to life effectively across retail partners, distributors, and in-store environments. In this role, the Trade-Marketing Coordinator will make an impact on Coty Luxury fragrance and make-up Brands (Burberry, Gucci, Kylie, Marc Jacobs…), across all retail channels. A successful candidate will be analytically driven, with a focus on results and continuous improvement. Detail-driven to manage multiple projects at once, the Trade-Marketing Coordinator will demonstrate collaboration skills to work across all departments, with a proactive, can-do attitude. To evolve in the Beauty fast-paced environment, the Trade-Marketing Coordinator must adapt quickly and show a creative problem-solver mindset.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in trade marketing, marketing, or sales support
  • Creative with robust problem solving & analytical skills
  • Proven organizational and project management excellence
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Beauty / luxury or FMCG industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with syndicated data tools (NPD, Nielsen) is a plus.
  • Passion for beauty, makeup, and luxury categories.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Team in adapting the Brand strategy into effective channel approaches for the US Market, from conceptualization to best-in-class execution, to increase market share and growth within the region.
  • Tracking trade non-sellable budget, process invoices, and ensure accurate allocation of spend across campaigns and channels.
  • Liaising with Sales Operations Team to ensure that all launches and activations are planned and executed in a timely manner, according to aligned allocation.
  • Coordinating with Sales Operations Team regarding specific development such as blow-ins and sampler boxes.
  • Organizing and maintaining accuracy of centralized trackers (distribution list, innovation calendars, visual assets, visual rights tracker…), ensuring all materials are current, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinating the end-to-end execution of trade marketing campaigns across retail, e-commerce, and distributor channels.
  • Supporting the development of promotional calendars aligned with sales priorities, product launches, and seasonal moments.
  • Ensuring all deliverables are executed on time and meet brand standards.
  • Supporting sales teams with tailored marketing materials, presentations, and retailer-specific activation plans.
  • Responding to ad hoc requests and supporting the execution of retailer-specific initiatives.
  • Monitoring campaign effectiveness using sales data, sell-through reports, and retailer feedback.
  • Assisting in post-campaign analysis, identifying key insights and opportunities for optimization.
  • Preparing regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Conducting regular retail audits and competitor analysis to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Sharing insights with internal teams to inform future strategies.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of trade shows, in-store events, and brand activations.
  • Coordinating logistics, materials, staffing needs, and post-event follow-ups to maximize impact and ROI.
