About The Position

The Trade Marketing Analyst is responsible for providing transversal support, being key in the standardization of processes, consolidation of information, and creation of tools that facilitate the efficient execution of strategies in the assigned markets. This role supports category planning teams by translating category plans for sales team execution.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the category team to determine optimal portfolio assortment and high revenues activities
  • Support with the formulation of customer plans and subsequent monitoring
  • Coordinate and manage the commercial set-up of sales activation
  • Provide customer, channel and trade expertise and recommendations in the launch of new products
  • Validate Launch Support Fees and track performance and complete reconciliation as required
  • Prepare customer solutions (e.g. Tailor-made activations, events) in co-operation with the Customer Activation team
  • Evaluate the execution of activities vs the plan - drivers, implementation of learning into further activations
  • Centralize and consolidate information from the 3 Caribbean countries PA/DR/PR.
  • Create and maintain standardized templates for Trade Marketing (presentations, reports, execution plans, etc.).
  • Develop and update regional reports/dashboards of Trade Marketing performance and KPIs.
  • Analyze regional activation results to identify patterns of success or areas for improvement between countries, share benchmarks.
  • Support in the planning and scheduling of regional Trade Marketing activities.
  • Support in the placement of permanent displays by country, client, and channel through the consolidated cluster file.
  • Ensure visibility of reports and actionability on them to achieve targets.
  • Support in the documentation of common processes and methodologies for the team.
  • Explore digital tools that optimize collaboration and tracking of initiatives.
  • Develop a digital 'library' of useful templates and documents for local teams (presentations, schedules, action plan formats, etc.).
