About The Position

Requirements

Seven years of experience managing operations functions of the pre- and post-trading life cycle across asset classes, including coordinating complex cash movements and preparing funding for managed demand deposit accounts.
Proven track record in process improvement and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
Advanced skills in stakeholder management to influence and drive strategic objectives.
Experience managing diverse teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
Attention to detail and ownership in high-pressure, dynamic environments.
Comprehensive understanding of infrastructure groups such as Credit Risk, Operational Risk, and Collateral, and the impact of trade support actions on these areas.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Ability to champion change management initiatives.

Nice To Haves

Strong financial markets product knowledge and understanding of transaction lifecycle in Custody or subject matter expertise in Hedge Funds and Mutual Funds.
