The Trade Compliance Manager is responsible for leading the import and export compliance program for multiple Teledyne Marine business units within the US, Mexico and Canada. This position serves as the primary subject matter expert for international trade compliance and is accountable for ensuring compliance with applicable import and export regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), U.S. Customs Regulations, Controlled goods, AEA, and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements. The incumbent develops, implements, and maintains trade compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls; provides guidance to business stakeholders; manages licensing and classification activities; conducts audits and assessments; and supports the mitigation of trade compliance risks across assigned business units.
