About The Position

Colony Brands Inc. is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Trade Compliance Analyst to support its Global Compliance team. The role coordinates daily with customs brokers to ensure import entry data is properly declared to U.S. Customs, including valuation, classification, trade program verification, and compliance with government regulations across all Colony Brands units. The analyst helps maintain high compliance standards and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with customs brokers on import entry declarations to U.S. Customs, including valuation, classification, trade program verification, and regulatory adherence.
• Share responsibility for determining harmonized tariff schedule (HS) classifications for imported goods across multiple business units and maintaining the HS import database.
• Participate in cost savings initiatives and strategic planning sessions to support company goals and objectives.
• Assist in updating internal systems and databases with accurate classification information for compliance and customs clearance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build awareness and partnerships for compliance activities.
