Requirements

Minimum of valid and current GA Driver’s License required.
Clean driving record with no recent moving or driving violations.
Current, up-to-date medical certification.
Ability to accurately record mileage and hours driven.
Ability to work a variable-hour schedule.
Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to be self-motivated and an effective team player.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience operating a tractor with flatbed trailer preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a tractor with a flatbed trailer to transport finished precast products to customers within designated timeframes.
Transport heavy equipment to and from job sites as needed, ensuring secure and proper handling.
Maneuver trucks into loading and unloading positions with precision and safety.
Perform all duties in compliance with company safety and environmental policies and procedures.
Follow all company policies and operational guidelines consistently.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members regarding schedules and any issues encountered during transportation.
