About The Position

RPM Raceway Jersey City is hiring energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Track Operations Associates to help provide safe, efficient karting operations and memorable guest experiences. Associates assist guests throughout race preparation, monitor racing activity, respond to incidents, help maintain track and equipment areas, and support events and group races. The role involves staying active and working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with helmet fitting, race preparation, and safety procedures.
• Provide safety briefings and enforce track rules.
• Monitor races and maintain a safe racing environment.
• Assist guests with entering and exiting karts.
• Respond quickly and professionally to on-track incidents.
• Maintain track cleanliness, kart staging areas, and equipment organization.
• Perform basic kart inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Support special events, leagues, corporate outings, and group races.
• Deliver friendly and engaging customer service throughout the guest experience.
