About The Position

This hands-on role supports the Track Maintenance Superintendent, operates tractors and track equipment, and maintains a level, consistent surface. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and eligible for a Pennsylvania Racing License. A high school diploma is required, and vocational skills are a plus.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of general maintenance.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate a tractor.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Pennsylvania Racing License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Track Maintenance Superintendent.
• Working on the track surface to maintain a safe, level, and un-bias surface.
• Operating tractors and other track maintenance equipment.
• Overseeing and following through with other duties as assigned within the Racing Department team.
