Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
• Experience in construction, heavy equipment, maintenance, railroad, or manual labor environments.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid Driver's License (CDL preferred).
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain railroad track and track structures.
• Replace ties, rail, spikes, and other track components.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and track maintenance equipment.
• Identify and correct track defects and safety concerns.
• Support maintenance projects that keep freight moving safely and reliably.
• Work as part of a team committed to safety, quality, and performance.
