Requirements
- 5+ years of track maintenance experience with crew leadership responsibilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License.
Nice To Haves
- RWP, FRA 213, and CWR qualifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise track maintenance crews and daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with FRA regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Inspect track conditions and coordinate repairs and maintenance activities.
- Drive productivity, quality, and safe work practices.
- Communicate track conditions, project progress, and operational needs to leadership.
- Respond to service disruptions, track issues, and emergency situations as needed.
