About The Position

Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as a TPA Core Services Business Analyst / Integration Lead at GDIT. Here, you’ll enable the success of the most critical government missions and grow a meaningful career in Program Management. As a TPA Core Services Business Analyst / Integration Lead, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP). You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless integration, requirements accuracy, and operational readiness across all Third Party Administrator (TPA) core service areas essential to delivering healthcare benefits to 9/11 responders and survivors.

Requirements

  • Technical training, certifications, or a bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of related experience (healthcare, payer systems, or federal program operations preferred)
  • Experience with requirements management, workflow analysis, EDI integrations, APIs, claims and eligibility systems, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
  • MBI (T2) security clearance level
  • Ability to coordinate across technical and operational teams
  • Experience validating system outputs
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, secure handling of PHI/PII, and federal program compliance

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements development, workflow analysis, and system integration activities that ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across claims, eligibility, provider data, member services, and financial operations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, operational SMEs, system vendors, QA testers, and government stakeholders to achieve cross‑system alignment and a successful Transition‑In.
  • Drive outcomes through structured analysis, issue resolution, integration validation, and coordination of end‑to‑end testing to ensure systems work cohesively and produce correct results.
  • Utilize requirements management tools, integration mapping techniques, healthcare administrative knowledge, and analytical skills to evaluate data flows, validate system behaviors, and ensure interoperability across all TPA components.
