About The Position

Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as a TPA Core Services Business Analyst / Integration Lead at GDIT. Here, you’ll enable the success of the most critical government missions and grow a meaningful career in Program Management. As a TPA Core Services Business Analyst / Integration Lead, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP). You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless integration, requirements accuracy, and operational readiness across all Third Party Administrator (TPA) core service areas essential to delivering healthcare benefits to 9/11 responders and survivors.

Requirements

Technical training, certifications, or a bachelor’s degree
3+ years of related experience (healthcare, payer systems, or federal program operations preferred)
Experience with requirements management, workflow analysis, EDI integrations, APIs, claims and eligibility systems, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
MBI (T2) security clearance level
Ability to coordinate across technical and operational teams
Experience validating system outputs
Familiarity with HIPAA, secure handling of PHI/PII, and federal program compliance

Responsibilities

Lead requirements development, workflow analysis, and system integration activities that ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across claims, eligibility, provider data, member services, and financial operations.
Collaborate with technical teams, operational SMEs, system vendors, QA testers, and government stakeholders to achieve cross‑system alignment and a successful Transition‑In.
Drive outcomes through structured analysis, issue resolution, integration validation, and coordination of end‑to‑end testing to ensure systems work cohesively and produce correct results.
Utilize requirements management tools, integration mapping techniques, healthcare administrative knowledge, and analytical skills to evaluate data flows, validate system behaviors, and ensure interoperability across all TPA components.
