About The Position
Alight is seeking an experienced TPA and Insurance Regulatory Licensing Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of direct experience in TPA licensing and insurance producer/entity licensing. These qualifications are required for consideration. The role involves managing licensing applications, monitoring regulatory changes, maintaining records, and providing internal support on licensing requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in TPA licensing AND insurance producer/entity licensing.
- Solid understanding of state statutes and regulatory terminology.
- Proficiency with databases, MS Office, and AI/Copilot tools.
Responsibilities
- Review and process new and renewal licensing applications for accuracy and compliance.
- Track state insurance and TPA regulatory changes to ensure all credentials remain current.
- Maintain organized, secure, and audit-ready licensing records.
- Provide guidance on licensing requirements and respond to inquiries from staff and partners.
