Requirements

Minimum 1 year of import service advisor experience required (Toyota or Lexus experience strongly preferred)
Proficiency with Dealer Management Systems; CDK experience is a strong plus
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Toyota or Lexus experience strongly preferred
CDK experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Collaborate with and support team members to promote a positive, team-oriented environment
Deliver outstanding, memorable customer service throughout the service process
