About The Position

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Previous experience in a sales or service role, preferably in hospitality or automotive industries.
  • Hospitality, retail, customer service experience required.
  • Commitment to creating memorable customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assess their service needs with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, repairs, and maintenance options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their experience.
  • Confidently sell service packages and products, leveraging your hospitality background.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
