Requirements

  • Proven record of achieving high customer satisfaction
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant, or Assistant Lane Manager (required)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High energy, integrity, and professionalism
  • Desire for a long-term career with a growing organization

Nice To Haves

  • CDK software experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers promptly and professionally
  • Gather and record customer and vehicle information
  • Accurately communicate customer concerns and vehicle symptoms to technicians
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on age, mileage, and vehicle history
  • Prepare clear and accurate estimates for parts and labor
  • Set follow-up expectations and provide frequent status updates to customers
  • Track repair progress throughout the day to ensure timely service
  • Review final invoices to confirm accuracy with completed work
  • Explain services performed, recommendations, and charges to customers
