The Service Advisor Assistant supports the Service Advisor team by helping coordinate customer service, documentation, and communication between customers, technicians, and the service department. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow a career in automotive service with Toyota and Chevrolet brands while gaining hands-on dealership experience. Requirements

  • Previous automotive dealership or customer service experience preferred
  • Interest in developing a career as a Service Advisor or in automotive service
  • Strong computer skills; experience with Dealer Management Systems a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Driver's License

  • Previous automotive dealership or customer service experience

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and assist with service check-in and checkout
  • Support Service Advisors with repair order setup, updates, and follow-up communication
  • Schedule service appointments and confirm customer information
  • Communicate service status, recommendations, and timelines to customers as directed
  • Assist with warranty, recall, and maintenance documentation
  • Maintain accurate records in the Dealer Management System (DMS)
  • Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure efficient workflow
  • Promote a positive, professional, and customer-focused service experience
  • Uphold Toyota and Chevrolet brand standards and dealership policies
