About The Position

This is a 2nd shift Position. Under the supervision of the Team Leader and/or Area Manager, the associate is responsible for pulling/packing Toyota shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for weekly shipments. The role involves packing quality parts that meet all customer requirements, with the authority to stop packing if parts do not meet quality standards and to notify the Area Manager for instructions. Responsibilities also include sorting empty Toyota Dunnage by destination and size, flipping dunnage upside down, and shrink-wrapping skids before they are moved by a Hi Lo driver. The associate must adhere to all safety regulations and report any safety concerns. Additionally, the role requires accurate completion of all paperwork and transactions in Plex, efficient and organized packing of containers, and training new associates as directed. Other essential functions may be assigned.

Requirements

Ability to pull/pack Toyota shipments accurately and on time.
Ability to identify and pack quality parts meeting customer requirements.
Ability to sort Toyota Dunnage by destination and size.
Ability to adhere to all safety regulations.
Ability to complete paperwork and transactions in Plex accurately.
Ability to pack containers efficiently and in an organized fashion.
Ability to train new associates.

Responsibilities

Pulling/packing Toyota shipments, error-free and on time for weekly shipments.
Packing quality parts that meet all customer requirements.
Ceasing packing if parts do not meet quality standards and notifying Area Manager.
Sorting empty Toyota Dunnage by destination and size.
Flipping dunnage upside down.
Shrink-wrapping skids prior to being moved outside by Hi Lo driver.
Adhering to all safety regulations.
Reporting any safety concerns to the Team Leader and/or Area Manager.
Completing all paperwork and transactions in Plex accurately.
Ensuring all containers are packed efficiently and in an organized fashion.
Training new associates as directed by Area Manager.
Performing other essential functions as assigned.
