About The Position

This is a 2nd shift Position. Under the supervision of the Team Leader and/or Area Manager, the associate is responsible for pulling/packing Toyota shipments, error-free and on time for weekly shipments. The role involves packing quality parts that meet all customer requirements, with the authority to stop packing if parts do not meet quality standards and to notify the Area Manager for instructions. The associate will also sort empty Toyota Dunnage by destination and size, flip dunnage upside down, and shrink-wrap skids before they are moved outside by a Hi Lo driver. Adherence to all safety regulations and reporting of safety concerns to the Team Leader and/or Area Manager are crucial. Accurate completion of all paperwork and transactions in Plex is required. The associate must ensure all containers are packed efficiently and in an organized fashion. Additionally, the role includes training new associates as directed by the Area Manager and performing other assigned essential functions.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Reporting any safety concerns to the Team Leader and/or Area Manager.
Completing all paperwork and transactions in Plex accurately.
Ensuring all containers are packed efficiently and in an organized fashion.
Training new associates as directed by Area Manager.
Performing other essential functions as assigned.
