About The Position

Under the supervision of the Team Leader and/or Area Manager, this role is responsible for pulling and packing Toyota shipments accurately and on time for weekly shipments. The position involves working in Dunnage, packing quality parts that meet all customer requirements, and having the authority to stop packing if parts do not meet quality standards, notifying the Area Manager for instructions. Responsibilities also include sorting empty Toyota Dunnage by destination and size, banding skids before they are moved by a Hi Lo driver, adhering to all safety regulations, reporting safety concerns, accurately completing all paperwork and transactions in Plex, ensuring efficient and organized container packing, and training new associates as directed. Other essential functions may be assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to work under the supervision of a Team Leader and/or Area Manager.
• Ability to pull/pack shipments accurately and on time.
• Ability to pack quality parts meeting customer requirements.
• Ability to identify and report parts not meeting quality standards.
• Ability to sort Dunnage by destination and size.
• Ability to band skids.
• Adherence to all safety regulations.
• Ability to report safety concerns.
• Proficiency in completing paperwork and transactions in Plex.
• Ability to pack containers efficiently and organized.
• Willingness to train new associates.
• Ability to perform other essential functions as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Pulling/packing Toyota shipments, error-free and on time for weekly shipments.
• Packing quality parts that meet all customer requirements.
• Notifying Area Manager if parts do not meet quality standards.
• Sorting empty Toyota Dunnage by destination and size.
• Banding skids prior to being moved outside by Hi Lo driver.
• Adhering to all safety regulations.
• Reporting any safety concerns to the Team Leader and/or Area Manager.
• Completing all paperwork and transactions in Plex accurately.
• Ensuring all containers are packed efficiently and in an organized fashion.
• Training new associates as directed by Area Manager.
• Performing other essential functions as assigned.
