About The Position

Jim Pattison Toyota Downtown is looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and sales-driven Toyota Car Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Toyota Sales Advisor, you will guide customers through the vehicle-buying process while representing one of the most trusted automotive brands in the industry. Whether you are experienced in automotive sales or looking to start a new career, this is an exciting opportunity to join a premium brand and build a successful future in the automotive industry. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Eligible to obtain a VSA license.
• Must be available all days of the week, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong work ethic with a high level of energy and motivation to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi task and follow up consistently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast paced sales environment.
• This role requires successful candidates to submit a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract.

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a strong asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchase journey, while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the Toyota brand.
• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner, both in store and through phone and online inquiries.
• Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Present pricing, financing options, and assist in structuring deals in collaboration with management.
• Maintain accurate and consistent follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless handover experience.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up to date on OEM features, technology, and market trends.
• Contribute to team success by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Success in this role comes from consistent effort, strong follow up habits, and the ability to build trust with customers.
