As a Toy Store Manager, the individual will build and inspire a passionate team, deliver fun and magical customer service, and be the face of fun in the store. Requirements

1+ years of retail management experience.
A proven record of hitting (or exceeding) sales goals.
A natural ability to motivate, lead, and inspire.
Great communication and organizational skills.
Able to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
A flexible, upbeat attitude — you roll with change and keep things positive.
Knowledge of POS systems, basic computer skills, and confidence with Microsoft Office.
Attention to detail and a love for great customer experiences.
