About The Position

As a Seasonal Toy Store Manager, you will build a team that creates memorable customer experiences and be the face of fun. You will drive results, develop your team, and work closely with the Home Office to make fun happen in the store.

Requirements

• 2+ years in retail, hospitality, events, or education leadership
• A hands-on, solutions-focused leader with great energy
• Strong communicator with coaching and development skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with store systems and POS platforms

Nice To Haves

• Retail or event management experience
• Knowledge of merchandising and store operations
