About The Position

One Way Wireless Construction (OWWC) is seeking Tower Technicians to join their team. OWWC provides paid training for new hires before they are deployed to the field. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working at heights and can travel throughout the week. The position involves climbing towers ranging from 50 to 700 feet to install, repair, or upgrade wireless equipment, rigging ropes, mounting antennas and radios, and running fiber and RF jumpers. Technicians will follow site-specific build plans and carrier standards, document work with photos, and maintain clean and safe job sites. Clear communication with the crew and support for newer team members are also key aspects of the role. The job requires working Monday through Friday with regular travel throughout the Midwest.

Requirements

• Comfortable at heights.
• Able to travel throughout the week.
• Willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.
• Physically capable of the work.
• Experience with basic hand tools.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check.
• Able to report to our Shakopee, MN office.

Responsibilities

• Hourly pay: $22–$35/hr, based on experience and qualifications.
• Overtime pay (1.5x) for any hours over 40/week.
• $175 per diem/night (when traveling 60+ miles from our shop).
