About The Position

Join Wisper ISP as a full-time Tower Technician in this maintenance role. You'll be part of a collaborative, customer-focused team that values excellence, continuous learning, and innovation. This position involves climbing towers up to 1,000 feet to install and maintain wireless internet equipment and camera systems, mounting internet gear, running data cables, and ensuring customer connectivity. You will also install battery backups and grounding systems, and adhere to all training and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Eligibility for inclusion on the company's auto insurance policy
• Completion of required tower training within 90 days of hire
• Capability to climb towers up to 1,000 ft.
• Participation in on-call rotation and availability for after-hours and weekend work as needed
• Ability to travel within the network as required by the department
• Pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen are required.

Responsibilities
