Tower Crane Operator
About The Position
Brasfield & Gorrie is currently accepting applications for a Tower Crane Operator. This position involves operating tower and cable equipment to lift and move materials, machines, or products in many directions on a commercial construction project. The role requires interpreting and following all signals, completing daily and weekly inspection and maintenance reports, and performing hoisting operations as required by the job. The operator must be familiar with instrument and control panels and be able to work in all types of weather, adhering to safety protocols in a drug-free environment.
Requirements
- Must have current and valid NCCCO certification
- Familiar with tools and processes associated with construction site
- Knowledge of regulations and safety requirements and policies applicable to crane operators
- Ability to follow instructions
- Must fluently speak and write English
- Ability to read load charts
Nice To Haves
- 5 years Commercial Construction Tower Crane Operator experience preferred
