About The Position

As a Tow Truck Operator at Bob’s Main Street Auto & Towing, you help people feel safe, respected, and cared for during stressful situations. You may be the first point of contact when something goes wrong, so professionalism, a calm presence, and attention to safety are important. The work includes responding to calls, safely loading and transporting vehicles, and assisting customers who may be frustrated or overwhelmed. Operators follow procedures, prioritize safety, and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers, with support from a team that values professionalism and respect.

Requirements

• Maintain a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
• Safely operate company vehicles and equipment while following all safety procedures.
• Communicate clearly with Dispatch and the Towing Manager daily.
• Use company-provided phones and software to receive and manage calls.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service, especially in stressful situations.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment.
• Adapt to change with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Commit to learning, improvement, and growth within the company.

Responsibilities
