About The Position

We connect vehicle sellers with over 750,000 buyers in more than 190 countries. Copart is currently seeking skilled and dedicated Class C tow truck drivers to join our team. Copart drivers transport vehicles, primarily damaged ones, from various locations to our local Copart facilities. This role also offers the opportunity for nationwide travel to assist in catastrophe response situations, including hurricanes, flooding, natural disasters, and supporting other Copart locations across the country. We offer competitive pay and benefits in the towing industry, with a piece rate-based pay system that allows for earning potential of $75,000+ annually, and top performers earning $100,000+.

Requirements

Must meet background screening criteria
Must possess a Driver's License issued by your state of residence
Class C driver's license
Previous towing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Must be willing to travel nationally on short notice for extended periods of time
Deploy to catastrophe events within 24 hours when directed to do so
Pick-up and delivery of vehicles to designated Copart facility
Load/unload vehicles safely and free of damage
Operate company equipment in compliance with safety regulations
Commitment to safety, productivity, and professionalism
Maintain Hours of Service logs
Maintain and assure good operating condition of all equipment and facilities
Other tasks as assigned by the manager in support of daily operations
