About The Position
Troy's Wrecker Service in Louisville, KY is hiring a full-time Tow Truck Dispatcher. This is a highly phone-focused position where you'll be on the phone your entire shift, taking calls from customers and making outbound calls to coordinate service. If you're organized, quick-thinking, and know Louisville like the back of your hand, this could be your next great opportunity! As a Tow Truck Dispatcher, you'll earn $18–$20 per hour. Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of the Louisville, KY area
- Proper phone etiquette
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable answering and receiving calls from customers
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
Nice To Haves
- Previous dispatch experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating incoming service requests and determining the optimal dispatch strategy.
- Being on the phone your entire shift, taking calls from customers and making outbound calls to coordinate service.
- Professionally coordinating with tow truck drivers, ensuring that each call is handled with punctuality and efficiency.
- Maintaining precise phone records of every operation.
- Communicating clearly and effectively with both customers and team members.
