About The Position

The Tournant is responsible for ensuring consistent execution, quality, sanitation, and training standards across all kitchen stations and outlets. This role works directly under the Sous Chef and acts as a multi-station expert and lead operator. The Tournant supports management by directing hourly culinary staff during service, reinforcing standards, and maintaining operational excellence.
