Requirements

You’re a wizard with a computer and a phone
You know your way around the internet, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Customer service? You crush it
Organizing and multitasking come naturally to you
You’ve got a strong work ethic and great vibes
Communication is your superpower—both talking and writing
You’re detail-oriented but also creative when needed
You’re a team player who’s all about hitting goals
Oh, and if the manager asks nicely, you’re down to help out with extra stuff too

Responsibilities

Be the friendly face handling guest check-ins and check-outs for our sales & marketing crew
Help us hit our goals and look good doing it—both personal and team ones
Double-check tour qualifications to make sure everyone’s set up for success
Keep things organized with reports (once the boss gives the green light)
Hand out those sweet gifts in our sales & marketing areas like a pro
