The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring sales orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and within established timelines. This role provides critical operational and administrative support to inside and outside sales teams, enabling seamless order management and customer satisfaction. The Specialist works cross-functionally with sales management, customer service, and other internal teams to validate orders, monitor account activity, and support revenue-generating activities. This role also contributes to reporting, quoting, and lead/order management processes to support overall sales performance.
