About The Position

Capital Vacations is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Tour Reception Coordinator to join their team. This role is the first point of contact for guests and plays an important part in creating an exceptional vacation ownership experience. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong administrative and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous administrative, receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check in guests for their scheduled tours
  • Assist guests with payments, reservations, and general resort information
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service
  • Prepare daily tour reports and communicate updates to Sales Leadership
  • Coordinate with Sales Managers regarding owner gifts and tour logistics
  • Monitor tour counts and update leadership throughout the day
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
  • Support administrative projects and other duties as needed
