Requirements

Proficient knowledge of Clair gear and tour prep practices
Strong communication skills with the ability to relate to various groups of internal and external customers
High level attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to troubleshoot effectively and efficiently
Must be available by phone or email during off hours
Must be computer literate with a willingness to improve knowledge base moving forward
Familiar with the use of usual office machinery and a security system
High School diploma plus 5 or more years' experience working in a warehouse or related field
Experience with the order fulfillment process
Working knowledge of ERP systems

Responsibilities

Supervising the everyday operations of the Warehouse Tour Prep Department, ensuring that customer orders are pulled, packed, and shipped on time at or above company standards in accordance with the client's specifications.
Confer with other department managers to coordinate warehouse activities
Coordinate company inventory between departments and other offices utilizing gear to its fullest potential on a global basis.
Input into ERP software to accurately track, manage, and utilize company owned assets
Develop and/or improve packaging of Clair systems
Collaborate on a regular basis with Clair operations personnel
Participate in loading and unloading trucks when necessary
Open and lock building when necessary
Perform such other duties and functions as required from time to time
