About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is hiring a Tour Guide to engage prospective clients and help owners enjoy memorable vacations. The role includes presenting company products and concepts while touring property locations and accurately explaining HGV Max using company-approved information. The position also includes participation in HGV REAL, a supported real estate licensing program for sales. Team members complete state and national real estate coursework and prepare for the licensing exam with instruction and study support. A real estate license must be obtained within six months of hire.

Requirements

At least 1 year of proven sales experience.
Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or customer service-related fields.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet performance metrics.
Ability to resolve complex customer service issues and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Obtain a real estate license within 6 months of hire.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Present products and concepts during discussions with clients while touring property locations.
Present HGV Max product information accurately using the company-approved fact sheet.
Participate in department meetings for information about HGV Max and related updates.
Complete daily education and study hours toward the state and national real estate coursework curriculum.
Attend weekly group livestream review sessions and individual progress meetings, and complete practice tests with an HGV licensed instructor in preparation for the real estate exam.
Promote a positive work environment and adhere to HGV core values and policies.
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management based on business needs.
