About The Position
At US Ghost Adventures, our passion is bringing history to life through unforgettable stories. For our daytime pirate tours, we’re looking for lively, energetic guides who can captivate audiences of all ages with tales of pirates, privateers, and the legends that still echo through the streets of the nation’s oldest city. US Ghost Adventures offers entertaining, historic, and authentic tours in over 100 U.S. cities. For our pirate tours, we combine research-based history with lively storytelling to deliver a fun, family-friendly adventure.
Requirements
- Comfortable and confident in public speaking.
- Live within 25 miles of downtown St. Augustine with reliable transportation.
- Passionate about history, storytelling, and engaging audiences of all ages.
- Available for daytime tours.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to deliver a piratey “Arrr!”
Responsibilities
- Share tales of swashbucklers, buried treasure, and life on the high seas with visitors.
- Captivate audiences of all ages with tales of pirates, privateers, and legends.
- Deliver entertaining, historic, and authentic tours.
- Combine research-based history with lively storytelling.
Benefits
- $50–$150 per day (including tips), depending on the number of tours given
